Abstract

OBJECTIVE: We present a case series of 14 patients with lymphoma presenting with tumor thrombus to highlight this rare but important manifestation of lymphoma.
CONCLUSION: The dominant mass leading to tumor thrombus formation was nodal disease in nine patients and extranodal disease in five patients. Lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis in the setting of tumor thrombus with solid organ involvement when there are other imaging features suggestive of lymphoma.
