Abstract
We present the case of a 46-year-old woman with insidious lower extremity paralysis and bowel and bladder disruption found to have an intradural, extramedullary amyloidoma from the levels of C4-T4. To our knowledge, this is the first known reported case of amyloidoma occurring in this location. Solitary amyloidoma of the spine is a rare entity typically manifesting as an extradural tumor with bony involvement.Entities:
