Abstract
The rheumatoid neutrophilic dermatitis (RND) is a rare disease associated with severe cases of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA) seen in middle-aged individuals. Mostly this disease presents with erythematous papules, plaques and nodules. In general, RND responds either to corticosteroids or systemic treatment of the RA. We present the case of a 70-year-old man with RND and severe RA that responded to systemic corticosteroids and methotrexate.Entities:
