Abstract
Highly temperature-sensitive and attenuated poliovirus type 3, strain Leon 12a1b, was stabilized at 37 degrees C by 15% sucrose without 1 mol/1 MgCl2. The finding will contribute to poliovaccination in tropical countries.Entities:
