Abstract
A giant intrathoracic mass causing foetal dysrhythmias, polyhydramnios and foetal hydrops necessitated a caesarean section in a male infant of 35 weeks gestation. Despite the benign histology of cardiac rhabdomyomas and the observation of spontaneous regression, there may be significant associated morbidity and mortality, especially in neonates. There is a high incidence of associated tuberous sclerosis.Entities:
