D and R refer to the number of cases detected and the rate of detection at the first screening, respectively, as presented in Table 1. N and I refer to the number of newly identified cases and the incidence rate, respectively, as presented in Table 2. S refers to the sensitivity, D/(D+2.05N). MST refers to the mean sojourn time, R/(IS); MST_L and MST_U refer to the lower and upper boundaries of MST based on the 95% confidence intervals of incidence rates (I).
