Abstract
Tuberculosis of the female reproductive tract affects usually reproductive age group and is a common cause of infertility with tubal pathology. Diagnosis of the female genital tract tuberculosis is challenging and, very often missed due to the unusual presentations and lack of specific diagnostic tests. This may occasionally lead to unnecessary surgical procedures. We present two case reports of female genital tuberculosis (FGTB) who presented to us with symptoms mimicking malignancy diagnosed TB only on histopalthology.Entities:
