Abstract
A man, age 78 years, with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia presented to clinic for evaluation of a cough. On further evaluation, he was noted to have an elevated potassium level. This case report highlights the importance of distinguishing cases of true hyperkalemia from pseudohyperkalemia and reverse pseudohyperkalemia.Entities:
