Abstract
Clinical recurrence of prostate cancer manifested as a testicular mass is an extremely rare condition. We report a case of a 58-year-old patient with a testicular tumor who underwent orchiectomy 7 years after radical prostatectomy. The pathology analysis confirmed metastasis from prostate carcinoma. After one year, the patient had no signs of biochemical and clinical recurrence. This argues for considering metastasectomy in such patients.Entities:
