Abstract
The authors report the case of a 7-month-old girl with unilateral Wilms tumor with dilated cardiomyopathy, leading to cardiac failure and requiring intensive care. After chemotherapy and tumor removal, cardiac function has improved. This is a rare report on the association between nephroblastoma and dilated cardiomyopathy without hypertension.Entities:
