Abstract
Typical signs of glucocorticoid excess in children are weight gain and poor linear growth. We describe a 2-year-old boy with a cortisol-secreting adenoma who presented with a dramatic decline in head growth. This case underscores concern of adverse effects of excess glucocorticoid on brain growth in very young children.Entities:
