Abstract
A 65-year-old woman with adenosquamous carcinoma of the vulva arising in a hidradenoma papilliferum died from disseminated tumor 2 months after local excision. The light and electron microscopic features of the lesion are presented. The possible origins of vulvar adenosquamous carcinoma are discussed.Entities:
