Abstract
KEY CLINICAL MESSAGE: We present a case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the colon with synchronous metastatic adenocarcinoma. This case highlights the poor prognosis of these late presenting cancers. Furthermore, the unusual dual pathology raises questions about its potential etiology.Entities:
