Abstract
The present case report presents two cases in which automatic threshold measurement features in an implantable cardiac defibrillator and in a CRTD act proarrhythmic by inducing polymorphic ventricular arrhythmia. By programming these features off the problem was solved. The mechanisms seem to be different from previously reported proarrhythmic interactions from such device features.Entities:
