Abstract
Lactobacillus fermentum F-6 was isolated from raw milk in Inner Mongolia of China with desirable probiotic properties. The genome contains a circular 2.06Mb chromosome and has no plasmid. Further in silico analysis revealed its genetic basis for adhesion, exopolysaccharides production and citrate fermentation, which makes it a strain of high industrial potential.Entities:
