Abstract
Two patients are described in whom a parotid metastasis occurred 10 years after initial treatment for carcinoma of the breast. The parotid is a very unusual site of metastasis and in both patients it was only one detectable. Parotidectomy with post-operative radiotherapy is advocated in this situation not only to obtain local tumour control but to exclude a primary parotid tumour.Entities:
