Abstract
We describe a case of adrenal myelolipoma that simulated clinically and biochemically a virilizing adrenal tumor. The tumor was removed surgically. The preoperative diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma can be made by the characteristic appearance on ultrasonography, computerized tomography and in equivocal cases by guided needle biopsy.Entities:
