Abstract
The clinical use of noncardiac contrast-enhanced ultrasound scan (CEUS) has been steadily gaining momentum. CEUS is a reliable and safe technique with a diverse array of applications. This article reviews the current and potential future clinical applications of CEUS. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating focal lesions with the liver and kidney.
