Abstract
Human noroviruses cause significant morbidity, mortality, and economic losses worldwide. The inability to grow human noroviruses in cell culture has hampered our collective understanding of virus-host interactions and development of therapeutics. A newly described single-plasmid reverse genetics system for noroviruses has the potential to facilitate basic and applied research.Entities:
