Abstract
We describe a 28-year-old woman with nonamyloidotic fibrillary glomerulopathy. She had modest but stable renal insufficiency over a ten-year period, nephrotic-range proteinuria, sarcoidosis, and seven of the 25 signs of Down's syndrome. The rarity of the co-occurrence of these conditions suggests that they are not etiologically linked.Entities:
