Surgical correction of an aortico-left ventricular tunnel originating from the left aortic sinus with a left coronary artery anomaly.

Aortico-left ventricular tunnel (ALVT) is an unusual congenital anomalous communication between the aorta and the left ventricle. We present an ALVT arising from the left aortic sinus that was repaired surgically.
