Abstract
The expression of the c-fos gene in murine cells of melanocyte origin in response to cAMP-elevating agents has been examined. Accumulation of c-fos mRNA at a high level as a consequence of these treatments precedes both proliferative and cytodifferentiative changes in non-tumorigenic or tumorigenic cell lines.Entities:
