Abstract
A method for the synthesis of gem-difluorinated nitroso compounds is described. The reaction involves interaction of organozinc reagents with (bromodifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane followed by nitrosation of difluorinated organozinc species with an n-butyl nitrite/chlorotrimethylsilane system.Entities:
