Abstract
A 12-year-old male child presented with left submandibular lymphadenopathy; excision biopsy revealed noncaseating granuloma with numerous Schaumann bodies in histopathology, suggestive of isolated extrathoracic sarcoidosis, which is an extremely rare entity in the pediatric age group.Entities:
