Abstract
The density of cholinergic and of alpha and beta adrenergic receptors was measured in samples of normal and hyper-reflexic human detrusor muscle. There was a significant reduction in the density of cholinergic receptors and a significant increase in the density of alpha adrenergic receptors in the hyper-reflexic samples as compared with normal. There was no difference between the two groups in the density of beta adrenergic receptors.Entities:
