Abstract
Plasma cell granuloma is a rare benign proliferative lesion that often mimics a malignant mass clinically and radiologically and its presentation in the urinary bladder is exceptional. Presuming malignant mass, such lesions often receive radical treatment. We are presenting here one such tumor, which resembled as an urachal tumor and underwent partial cystectomy.Entities:
