Abstract
BACKGROUND: Singapore is an intermediate tuberculosis (TB) incidence country, with a recent rise in TB incidence from 2008, after a fall in incidence since 1998. This study identified population characteristics that were associated with the recent increase in TB cases, and built a predictive model of TB risk in Singapore.Entities:

*; A SARIMA model for residual, with 12 month seasonality, seasonal autoregressive component of order 2 and linear autoregressive component of order 1.
#; lower AIC and MSPE values indicate better fit of the model.
