[Traumatic rupture of the abdominal wall--a rare injury in ice hockey].

Abstract

An abdominal hernia caused by blunt trauma in ice hockey. In this paper we describe a case of an abdominal hernia caused by blunt trauma as a rare injury in ice hockey. The most common cause of the injury is a stab with the end of the stick.
