Mean differences in DNAm β-values (and their 95% confidence intervals) between exposed (E) and nonexposed (NE) individuals during adolescence in the discovery SYS cohort and at birth, during childhood, and during adolescence in the replication ALSPAC cohort are presented. In all presented models, the differences in the SYS cohort were adjusted for age, sex, batch, and blood cell fractions, and the differences in the ALSPAC cohort were adjusted for age, sex, batch, maternal education, and parental social class. p-Values of the associations are presented in Tables 2 and 3.
