Abstract
Angiosarcomas are rare but aggressive vascular cancers of endothelial cell origin. Characteristically, they have a high local recurrence rate and an early metastatic potential. They rarely migrate to the skeleton, and even more unlikely, they may originate in the bones of the face. We present a rare occurrence of a primary angiosarcoma of the mandible. This case highlights the scarce literature available and difficulties in diagnosing and managing this aggressive tumor. CrownEntities:
