Abstract
Ruminococcus gnavus is an anaerobic Gram positive coccus that can be found in the gastrointestinal tract of animals and humans. We report a case of septic arthritis caused by R. gnavus that was identified by mass spectrometry and confirmed by 16S rRNA sequencing.Entities:
