T-cell function and specificity in athymic mice.

T Hunig1.

Abstract

It has recently become possible to study functional T cells of both cytotozic and helper cell lineages derived from athymic (nude) mice. In this review Thomas Hunig discusses how the new information obtained may contribute to our understanding of T-cell ontogeny and the generation of T-cell diversity.
