Abstract
A 45-year-old man receiving warfarin treatment suffered from an intracerebral hemorrhage. Four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) was administered to correct coagulopathy. However, bilateral renal infarcts and a cerebral infarct developed on day 5 and 7, respectively after PCC administration. Although the occurrence of PCC-related thromboembolism is low, health care practitioners should closely follow-up the symptoms and signs of thrombosis after PCC administration.Entities:
