Abstract
Nasopharyngeal tuberculosis is a rare entity. We present a case of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis in an adolescent male which masqueraded as angiofibroma because of its clinical presentation and radiological features. Histopathology played a critical role in proper management of the case. We report this case because of its atypical presentation and clinical rarity.Entities:
