Abstract
A facile synthetic route of rivaroxaban has been developed. Using commercially available (R)-epichlorohydrin and bromobenzene as the starting materials, rivaroxaban was obtained in 39% overall yield using a Goldberg coupling as the key step. The synthetic route represents a convenient procedure for the production of rivaroxaban.Entities:
