Abstract
BACKGROUND: Ageing and age-related neurodegenerative changes including Parkinson's disease are characterized by an important role of reactive oxygen species. It is characterized by signs of major oxidative stress and mitochondrial damage in the pars compacta of substantia nigra.Entities:
