Abstract
Riga-Fede disease presents in early infancy and is characterized by firm, verrucous plaques arising on the oral mucosal surfaces or tongue due to repetitive trauma. Treatment focuses on eliminating the source of trauma. The purpose of this report is to present a case involving preservation of the natal teeth using a protective mouthguard. At the follow-up, the ulcer had healed and the infant was feeding without difficulties.Entities:
