Abstract
OBJECTIVES: The aim of the present study was to retrospectively evaluate the prevalence of concurrent coronary artery disease in patients who underwent surgery due to severe valvular heart disease. *The prevalence of CAD was significantly higher in AS group compared to MS group (p=0.002). The prevalence of CAD was significantly higher in MR group compared to MS group (p=0.02).
