Abstract
Myopericytoma is a soft tissue tumour believed to be derived from perivascular myoid cells. They are typically found in subcutaneous tissues in the extremities. Intracranial myopericytomas are exceptionally rare. Here we report a man with an asymptomatic posterior fossa myopericytoma with evidence of dural infiltration.Entities:
