[Penetrating keratoplasty and corneal dystrophy in Scheie's syndrome].

After remembered the symptoms of Scheie syndrome, we described an original observation of two brothers affected by this disease and reported the histologic and electronic studies. Then, we tried to define the reasons of keratoplasty failure.
