Abstract
Two new trimeric caffeic acids, named salvianolic acids T and U (1 and 2), were isolated from the underground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Their structures, consisting of three caffeic acid units, were determined based on extensive 1D- and 2D-spectroscopic analyses and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations.Entities:
