Abstract
We report on a 30-year-old haemophilic man with a pelvic pseudotumour compressing adjacent structures causing pain and swelling and destruction of surrounding soft tissues and bones. He underwent evacuation of the pseudotumour, acetabular reconstruction using the Harrington procedure, and total hip arthroplasty.Entities:
