Abstract
A fragment of an intravenous catheter, lodged in the right atrium of a patient after a recent liver transplant, was removed percutaneously. Extra care is needed in such patients if the transfemoral approach is used. Reasons for the additional precautions are discussed and a case history is provided.Entities:
