Abstract
This paper explores the scholarly process by which good ideas may be sought for the future development of occupational therapy as an integrated profession. It is suggested that the assumptions of the science supporting practice need to be made explicit and that new ideas be generated which fit the dilemmas and puzzles of occupational therapy practice and are compatible with its view of human beings.Entities:
