Abstract
Highly enantioselective desymmetrization of aziridines with TMSNCS has been developed. Good yield and enantioselectivity were observed by using novel chiral imidazoline-phosphoric acid catalysts. The obtained product can be converted to a chiral β-aminothiol and a β-aminosulfonic acid.Entities:
