Model A included age and all variables that showed significant associations with PP in partial correlation analysis in Table 1 as independent variables: SBP, HDL-cholesterol, adiponectin, log hsCRP, log TNF-α, PAI-1, neutrophil, monocyte, and leukocyte count. Model B included all inflammatory variables measured in this study (log hsCRP, log TNF-α, log IL-6, neutrophil, and monocyte count) as independent variables. Model C included all variables that showed significant associations with PP in univariate analysis.
