[Changes in oxygen and carbon dioxide tension in skin capillaries as an indicator of the status of blood supply of compound skin flaps].

The authors consider that the transcutaneous determination of the level of pO2 and pCO2 at early terms after operation in free and pedicled skin flaps allows to actively estimate the state their blood supply and to detect the alterations before the appearance of distinct clinical symptoms of arterial or venous thrombosis.
