The sexual abuse of young persons with a mental handicap.

The legislative neglect and mismanagement of the young mentally handicapped person in situations of sexual abuse, particularly in the United Kingdom, is illustrated and discussed. Suggestions are made for improved social services management and legal reform and a plea put forward for greater understanding of the position of this vulnerable section of society.
