Tetracycline-induced discoloration of deciduous teeth: case series.

Abstract

Tetracycline was the choice of antibiotic in some of the life-threatening bacterial infections. Due to its adverse effects and ability to cross-placental barrier, its use is contraindicated in pregnancy and in children.
