Abstract
We describe a newborn infant with massive congenital hydrocephalus, presenting with hypomagnesemia secondary to magnesium losses through cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) aspirations. Hypomagnesemia due to CSF losses has not been described in pediatric literature.Entities:
